Iakwe Katoj Park

Iakwe Katoj Park is one of Majuro's most well-kept public spaces, and a lovely spot to spend a relaxed hour or two. Kids are well catered for with a solid playground and open grassy areas, while shaded picnic spots make it easy to linger. Steps over the sea wall drop down to the lagoon's edge for a calm, easy walk along the flats. Look behind the park and you'll spot the enormous freshwater reservoirs that supply much of the island.
